The island is the perfect location for wellness retreats. It is the place to go if you’re looking for peace and tranquility.
Cayman Brac, is 12 miles long and one mile wide and has the most dramatic topography of the three Cayman Islands. Its majestic Bluff rises west to east along the island’s length to 152 feet above Spot Bay. Located approximately 90 miles northeast of Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac is a short 30 minute flight away. Flights are available daily from Grand Cayman or weekly from Miami.
With a population of just over 2000 people, Cayman Brac is reminiscent of Grand Cayman in the 50s and 60s and offers a truly relaxing and easy-going atmosphere. The word Brac is Gaelic for bluff, the prominent feature for which the island is named.

Meanwhile, our laidback accommodations/accommodation options are the ideal place to unwind after another day packed with adventures.
Limestone caves and sinkholes contrast waters containing awe-inspiring dives along seawalls and even a sunken ship, as adventurers of all ages can brave the elements in Cayman Brac. And if you catch a fish or two along the way, you can bring it back to your resort to have the chef cook it for you Cayman-style.
The land and seascape offer visitors an ideal environment for outdoor activities, such as hiking, rock climbing, birding, caving, cycling, fishing, and scuba diving.
Home to some of the best dive sites in the world, many mysterious caves are carved throughout this awe-inspiring natural attraction. The Bluff provides a natural barrier between the north side and the open sea, making calm, clear waters ideal for diving and snorkeling. Dramatic drop-offs, swim-throughs, and caves make it a mecca for divers of all levels.
Fishing is also excellent both from the shore and by boat. The deep-sea angler can test his skills against a blue marlin, tuna, wahoo, dolphin and barracuda. Reef fishing provides ample opportunity to catch grouper, snapper and other delicious fish.

Captain Keith Tibbetts Wreck is a 330-foot-long Russian frigate that was deliberately sunk off Cayman Brac to create an artificial reef. It's now the coral-crusted, sponge-coated home to thousands of groupers, amber-colored scorpionfish and even a handful of green moray eels. The ship is largely intact; its remains range from 30 to 100 feet below the surface. This intermediate dive is approximately 200 yards from shore, so most people take a boat to the site.
The Cayman Parrot Sanctuary offers a friendly, interactive and educational experience for the whole family. Come face-to-face with Cayman’s native animals, discover the Islands’ indigenous plants and explore unspoiled natural landscapes. Working in conjunction with the Department of the Environment, they are a registered rehabilitation facility for hurt, distressed and mishandled parrots, and have proudly released over 30 parrots back into the wild since opening in June, 2020. It is also the only place in Cayman that rehabilitates Cayman parrots to be released.
The Sanctuary is home to a number of animals including the Cayman Parrot, the national bird of the Cayman Islands. There are also agoutis, rabbits, guinea pigs, cockatiels and various reptiles. Families can enjoy feeding the frigate birds which swoop down from the coast. Children can run wild in the two playgrounds, relax in plenty of shaded areas and experience the thrill of zip lining!
You will venture into amazing caves where you’ll see stalactite and stalagmite crystal structures and otherworldly formations, formed by single drops of water and the slow passage of time. Tour through the unique tropical forest nature, under which the caves formed. Amongst the forest and caves are captivating tropical plant and animal life, including strangler balsam trees, air plants, parrots, and bats….
