Where is George Town?

The newly opened Farmers’ Market on Huldah Avenue is open Monday through Saturday, beginning at 7:30 am. Cayman Islands National Museum is also located here. Overlooking Hog Sty Bay, it is one of George Town Cayman Islands few remaining 19th-century structures. The Museum’s collection contains over 8,000 items, including a 14-ft traditional handmade catboat, household and shipbuilding items, art, and natural history specimens. West Bay is a district located on the west side of Grand Cayman Island in the British West Indies. The population is 15,335.
West Bay is a residential area located north of Grand Cayman's tourist-popular Seven Mile Beach. It is also a tourist area with destinations such as Hell, Cayman Turtle Farm, Cayman Motor Museum, and Dolphin Adventure. It is home to the Scholars International football club. West Bay features a public beach, complete with changing rooms and bathrooms available to the public. The beach is popular because of its proximity to the restaurants in Grand Cayman. This is the location that many watched the sinking of the USS Kittiwake in 2011.

Bodden Town which is the former capital of the Cayman Islands and the largest district in the territory. It is situated on a natural harbour and a coral reef. The first settlement was named after a government leader, William Bodden. Once ravaged by pirates, this village is known for its remains of a 4 mi (6 km) wall and cannon. Bodden Town has a population of 14,845 (2021 census). Its top attractions include the Mission House, which features the lifestyle of early Caymanian settlers. Bodden Town is also considered the fastest growing district in the islands in terms of resident population.
The town centre is compact and easily explored on foot. Its streets are lined with colorful buildings, many of which have been converted into restaurants, cafes, and shops.
North Side is a town and district in the Cayman Islands. Located on the northern coast of Grand Cayman, in 2021 it had a population of 1,902.
There is a primary school and high school in the district, as well as an association football team called the North Side FC.
Although a relatively quiet part of Grand Cayman, there is defiantly no shortage of things to see or do on the North Side. Step back in time & explore the mastic trail, some of the last remaining untouched, old-growth forests of the Caribbean & then head on to the breath-taking crystal caves.
North Side is also home to the rum point, where you can relax on the tranquil beach & enjoy a delicious lunch. If you are looking for a more unforgettable experience, try the Bioluminescence Tours, a sight you will always remember.
East End Public Beach is tucked away on Grand Cayman and is ideal for a romantic afternoon or spectacular sunrise. This locale is the site of many events during the weekend, making it a great place to meet residents. The area is teeming with turtle grass and you can see baby fish swimming around, out of reach of predators. Stop at the local fish fry to grab Mahi Mahi or snapper and then head over to the seaside and enjoy it.
If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach, then the East End is definitely the place to be. East End is also home to some of the best restaurants on the Island, serving up fresh seafood caught daily. So, if you're looking for a true taste of Cayman, head to the East End.

The CI$55 Million dollar Owen Roberts International Airport Expansion and Renovation Project is now under construction and being carried out in two main phases that includes the full renovation and expansion of the existing facility. Enabling the airport to handle forecasted air traffic till 2032.
